Wonderful review
It’s always lovely to get a review that recognises that good surgery and good outcomes can only be achieved with a team effort.

What a lovely start to the week with Heather Sharlene and Nerys at the Spire Hesslewood theatres. Here we can look after patients having local anaesthetic procedures such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, skin cancer, moles and cysts (to name a few)
Enjoying great Italian food at Al Porto Italian restaurant at Hull marina and catching up with Emma-Jane from Motiva with my Hull Plastic Surgeons colleagues Riaz James and Ash.
A very nice day operating in aesthetic surgery at the Spire with George Barmby theatre HCA.
Just finished a lovely operating list here at the Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital with two fabulous people who I have worked with for years Angie Watkins and Mo Sugden. I feel very lucky.
With Angela outpatients lead and Jo private patient manager at the lovely new outpatients facility of Clifton Park Hospital York after my first clinic here.
I am very lucky to be able to work with a great team. Paresh gives a fantastic anaesthetic, it’s so important for patients to wake up gently and pain free. Heather has been making sure patients are looked after safely when they are asleep.
I have no doubt that the success of Hull Plastic Surgeons is due to a large part from the dedication and hard work of these three lovely people. I feel very proud of the team we have built when I hear patients tell me how helpful they are.
With my hand surgery colleagues in Derby at the British Society for Surgery of the Hand symposium on hand trauma. Lots of great brainstorming on how to improve the care of hand injury patients across the country.
Calling earth from spaceship theatre. Another very nice days operating at Spire Hesslewood theatres
