Decision Making in Surgical Technique
Just finished the afternoon list. Diaa Othman our BAPRAS/BAAPS aesthetic fellow was able to observe lower blepharoplasties with fat repositioning, prominent ear correction using a suture technique and breast augmentations with sub glandular/fascia pockets and then with a submuscular dual plane technique. We had a good discussion about decision making in surgical technique.

The Nove Colli Cycle Challenge
Just completed the Nove Colli cycle challenge James and Paolo did the full route 9 hills and 4000 vertical meters of climbing and the 205kms Alastair Ash and Chris did the 4 hills 130kms and 2000meters of vertical climbing. Great day in Italy and fabulous organisation and hospitality from Paolo Matteucci.
Making a Difference
I feel very privileged to be able to make a difference to people. This review is very special as it emphasises how hard we try not to give unrealistic expectations to patients and not to put any pressure on patients to have any treatment.
