Gale is the Practice Manager for the Hull Plastic Surgeons. She is responsible for liaising with the patients ensuring that appointments and operations are booked for Mr Platt, Mr Riaz, Mr Haeney and Mr Matteucci.

She worked for the NHS in Plastic Surgery for over 21 years before taking up the role as Practice Manager for the private practices in June 2007.
